Fifteen CAT machines in matching 1:50 scale, picked to run a real mine from the first blast hole to the last load out. Every machine has a job on site, and every haul truck has a loader that can actually fill it. Line them up on the shelf and you've got a working pit.

We're letting these 3 fleets go at cost. No margin, no games. It's our way of saying thanks to the crew, and once they're gone, they're gone.

Why these 15

Drill and blast. Every pit starts with a drill pattern. The MD6250 rotary drill punches the blast holes that open up the next bench.

Load. The 995 and 994K are the two biggest wheel loaders Cat builds, and they're the matched loading tools for the 785, 789 and 793 haul trucks in this fleet. The 395 digs the smaller benches and the pre-strip and fills the 777D.

Haul. Five trucks covering every size class you'll see on a mine road: the 777D, 785D, 789, 793F and the king of the haul road, the 797F.

Support. No mine runs without the support gear. The D11T CD carry dozer is the biggest dozer Cat makes. The 854K wheel dozer cleans up around the loaders, the 24 is Cat's biggest motor grader and keeps the haul roads smooth for the big trucks, and the 785D Mega water truck keeps the dust down.

Underground. The R2900 XE loader and AD60 truck are a proper matched pair, 3 to 4 passes to fill the truck, so the fleet covers what's happening below the pit too.

It's also built around the models the crew buy most. The D11T CD, MD6250, 793F, R2900 XE, 854K, 24 grader and 797F are all among our best selling 1:50 models.
