Shipping & FAQs
All items are generally shipped through Australia Post. Once we receive your order it’ll take us a day or so to get it ready and we let Australia Post do the rest. Most orders should be received within a 3-7 days if you’re in Australia although if you are overseas you’ll need to allow some extra time for your package to make the journey.
Repair, Replace, Refund
Given the nature of our products we do not offer to repair a product.
Depending on the circumstances we accept requests for a replacement or refund. However, we do not accept any repair, replacement or refund requests where you have had a change of mind.
If there is a major problem with your item you can request the item be replaced or a refund. Naturally, a replacement product will be identical to what was provided or if the amount is refunded it will be for the original price of the item. We will consider all requests within 30 days of the product being received.

Sometimes we sell pre-sale items. This means that we have the item on order although are waiting for it to land in our hands. We do our best to make sure you can see that an item is on pre-sale so you know that it may take a little longer than usual for you to receive your order.
