Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Change of mind

Die-cast models, RC machinery and bundles. 30 days from delivery. Item must be unopened in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the purchase price within 5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Apparel. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on apparel. Every t-shirt and hoodie is made specifically for you when you order it, so we cannot restock them. Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Each product page has a sizing guide.

Sticker packs. Not returnable once opened. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days at your cost.

Gift Cards. Non-refundable.

Sale items, clearance and limited editions. Final sale. No change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it is the wrong item, we replace or refund it at no cost to you. Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We arrange a return label and either replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

US customers

The same process applies for US orders. Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au and we arrange a return label via our US partner. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full. Change-of-mind on US-fulfilled die-cast follows the same 30-day window above.

How to start a return

Visit our step-by-step Returns Process page, or email orders@miningmayhem.com.au with your order number, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty. We respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Allow another 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.
