Returns & Refunds
How to start a return
Three simple steps. We respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Step 1. Email us
Send an email to orders@miningmayhem.com.au with:
- Your order number (starts with #)
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2. We respond with instructions
Within 24 to 48 hours we will reply with:
- Confirmation that we have approved the return
- The return address (Burleigh Heads QLD for AU, our US partner for US orders)
- A pre-paid return label if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item
Step 3. Send the item back
Pack the item in its original packaging where possible and post it to the address we provide. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost. For damaged or faulty items, the return label is on us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Funds typically appear on your card statement within 3 to 10 business days after that.

| Apparel (T-shirts and hoodies) | No change-of-mind returns. Each item is made to order specifically for you. Check the sizing guide before ordering. |
| Sticker packs | Unopened packs only, within 30 days, at your cost. |
| Gift Cards | Non-refundable. |
| Sale and clearance items | Final sale. No change-of-mind returns. |
| Damaged, defective or wrong item | Always covered. Replacement or full refund at our cost. Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. |
