Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: Mining Mayhem Pty Ltd (ABN 23 631 769 116), 2/9 Ramly Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD.
2. Entry period: Entries opened 16 May 2026 12:01 AM AEST and closed 1 June 2026 11:59 PM AEST.
3. Eligibility: Entry was open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who were following @miningmayhem on Instagram at the time of the draw. Employees of Mining Mayhem and their immediate families were not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter, primary entry (no purchase necessary, free): Visit miningmayhem.com.au/pages/giveaway and submit the entry form with a valid email address. One entry per person.
5. Required actions for valid entry: To be eligible for the prize, entrants must have submitted a valid email address and name on the giveaway entry form, and shared the giveaway post to their Instagram story tagging @miningmayhem. Entrants must also have been following @miningmayhem on Instagram at the time of the draw.
6. Bonus entries: Each person tagged in the comments of the giveaway post on Instagram counted as one (1) extra entry, capped at five (5) bonus entries per person.
7. Prize: One (1) hamper of Mining Mayhem, Caterpillar and Liebherr branded merchandise valued at over $2,000 AUD, including a CAT Boston Chrono wristwatch, three CAT diecast models (D10T2 1:50, 777D 1:50, D6R 1:64), a Liebherr TA 230 1:50 diecast, a CAT 745 1:64 diecast, a CAT 950M 1:35 RC, a CAT LED headlamp, two Mining Mayhem caps, two keychains, and a 15-piece Mining Mayhem sticker collection. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Winner draw: The winner was randomly drawn on 2 June 2026 at Mining Mayhem, 2/9 Ramly Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD, using a random number generator over the consolidated entry list.
9. Winner notification: The winner was notified by email and Instagram DM within 48 hours of the draw and announced publicly on the Mining Mayhem Instagram account.
10. Prize delivery: The prize will be shipped to a valid Australian postal address within 14 days of winner confirmation. Shipping is covered by Mining Mayhem.
11. Privacy: Personal information collected was handled in accordance with the Mining Mayhem Privacy Policy. Entrants consented to receiving marketing communications from Mining Mayhem and may unsubscribe at any time.
12. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
