Yep. Every order ships free across Australia, New Zealand and the United States. No minimums, no checkout ambush.

The only exception is a handful of absolute units (ride-on construction toys and oversized 1:24 scale crates) where freight gets quoted at checkout. Those are clearly flagged on the product page.

Die-cast, RC and bundles: out the door in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery 3 to 7 days within Australia, 5 to 10 days within the US.

Apparel (tees, sweats and hoodies): allow 6 to 12 business days from order to delivery (AU and US).

Sticker packs: dispatch 1 to 3 business days from Burleigh, delivery 3 to 7 days. Australia only.

Hold tight for a few days. Carriers sometimes scan at depots rather than every stop, so quiet tracking usually just means it's on a truck somewhere. No movement for more than 7 business days in Australia (14 for international)? Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

If we haven't dispatched yet, easy. Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au with your order number and the new address, quick as you can. Once a parcel is in the carrier network it's out of our hands.

Apparel takes a few extra business days to prepare and dispatch. That little wait is what keeps the range fresh with current designs instead of a warehouse of stale stock. We move as fast as we can.

Short version: email orders@miningmayhem.com.au with your order number and the reason, plus photos if it arrived damaged. We reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Die-cast, RC and bundles: 30 days from delivery. Unopened, original packaging, resaleable condition. Return postage is on you.

Apparel: no change-of-mind returns, we can't restock it. Take a minute on the sizing guide before you order and you won't need to.

Sticker packs: unopened packs only, within 30 days, at your cost.

Gift cards, sale items and limited editions: final sale. When they're gone, they're gone, and that goes both ways.

We make it right, no cost to you. Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We arrange the return label and either replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

Once your return lands and passes inspection, we process the refund within 5 business days. Allow another 3 to 10 business days for your bank to do its thing.

Sure do. Die-cast models, RC, bundles and apparel all ship to the United States. Sticker packs are Australia only.

No. US orders ship from our US partner warehouses, so your parcel never crosses a border. No duties, no customs fees, no surprises.

Every apparel page has a sizing guide with chest, length and sleeve measurements. Grab a favourite shirt that fits you right, measure it, compare to the chart. Thirty seconds, done.

We can't accept change-of-mind returns on apparel, so those thirty seconds are worth it.

Yep, our standard tee and hoodie cuts are unisex sizing (S through 5XL). The chart on each product page shows actual measurements, so pick by fit, not just the letter.

Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang it. No bleach, no ironing directly on the print. Treat it right and the print stays sharp for years, same as anything on site.

100%. All our CAT die-cast and RC machinery is officially licensed by Caterpillar and made by approved manufacturers (Diecast Masters, Classic Construction Models, Norscot, BELAZ Toys and others). No knock-offs, ever.

Most of the range is 1:50, the collector standard for CAT. We also run 1:87 (smaller display pieces), 1:64, 1:35 RC and a few 1:24 RC giants. Scale is in every product title and description.

Most are detailed collector display models, built to be admired, not buried in the sandpit. Articulated parts, opening hoods, working tracks. RC machinery actually drives. Each product page notes whether it's suitable for kids.
