The only exception is a small number of heavy items (ride-on construction toys and oversized 1:24 scale crates) where freight has to be quoted at checkout. These are clearly flagged on the product page.

Die-cast, RC and bundles: dispatch 1 to 2 business days. Delivery 3 to 7 days within Australia, 5 to 10 days within the US.

Apparel (T-shirts and hoodies): allow 6 to 12 business days from order to delivery (AU and US).

Sticker packs: dispatch 1 to 3 business days from Burleigh, delivery 3 to 7 days. Australia only.

You will get a confirmation email when you place your order, then a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Click the tracking number to follow it to your door.

Hold tight for a few days. Carriers sometimes scan parcels at depots rather than at every stop. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days within Australia (or 14 days for international), email orders@miningmayhem.com.au with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.

If we haven't dispatched yet, yes. Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au with your order number and the new address as fast as you can. Once a parcel is in the carrier network we can no longer change the address.

Our apparel takes a few extra business days to prepare and dispatch. The wait keeps the range fresh with current designs. We ship as fast as we can.

Die-cast, RC and bundles: 30 days from delivery. Item must be unopened in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost.

Apparel: No change-of-mind returns. We cannot restock apparel. Check the sizing guide on the product page before ordering.

Sticker packs: Unopened packs only, within 30 days, at your cost.

Gift cards, sale items and limited editions: Final sale. No change-of-mind returns.

We replace or refund at no cost to you. Email orders@miningmayhem.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We arrange a return label and either replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. After that, allow another 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.

Yes. We ship die-cast models, RC, bundles and apparel to the United States. Sticker packs are Australia only.

No. US orders are fulfilled from our US partner warehouses, so your parcel doesn't cross a border. There are no duties, customs fees or import taxes for you to pay.

Each apparel product page has a sizing guide with chest, length and sleeve measurements. Measure a favourite shirt that fits you well and compare to the chart.

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on apparel, so take a minute on the sizing chart before you order.

Our standard t-shirt and hoodie cuts are unisex sizing (S through 5XL). The sizing chart on each product page shows the actual measurements so you can pick by fit, not just letter.

Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. No bleach, no ironing directly on the print. Treated right, the print stays sharp for years.

Yes. All our CAT die-cast and RC machinery is officially licensed by Caterpillar and made by approved manufacturers (Diecast Masters, Classic Construction Models, Norscot, BELAZ Toys and others).

Most of our models are 1:50 scale (the collector standard for CAT). We also stock 1:87 (smaller display pieces), 1:64, 1:35 RC and a few 1:24 RC giants. Scale is listed in every product title and description.

Most are detailed collector display models, not designed for rough play. Articulated parts, opening hoods, working tracks. RC machinery is operable. Each product page notes whether the item is suitable for kids.
